1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, activating, or using SellSight (the "Plugin") or any associated cloud services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all plans, including the Free, Pro, and Business tiers.

2. Description of Service

SellSight is a WooCommerce plugin and cloud-based SaaS platform that enables store owners to automatically adjust product prices based on visitor behavior (e.g., number of product views). The Service consists of:

• A WordPress plugin installed on your WooCommerce store.
• A cloud API hosted on Google Cloud Platform that processes behavioral data and computes dynamic prices.
• An admin dashboard for configuring pricing rules and viewing analytics.

3. Accounts and License Keys

Paid plans (Pro and Business) require a valid license key, which is issued upon successful subscription payment via Lemon Squeezy. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your license key confidential.
• Using the license key only on the number of sites permitted by your plan (1 site for Pro, unlimited for Business).
• Any activity that occurs under your license key.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro and Business plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your license key will be deactivated and your account will revert to the Free plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the proprietary SaaS components of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Attempt to circumvent license key validation or access paid features without a valid subscription.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The WordPress plugin code itself is licensed under GPL-2.0 and may be freely used, modified, and redistributed under the terms of that license. The proprietary cloud API and backend are not covered by the GPL.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described therein. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your store visitors as required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellSight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
